ENGINEERING INCLUSIVE ENGINEERS® We offer workshops and webinars that employ active strategies to engage participants. Our trainings cover a wide array of diversity, equity, and inclusion topics with emphasis on applications in STEM education and practice, including areas such as ethics and sustainability. Employing principles of universal design for learning helps assure our events and materials are accessible to and inclusive of a broad range of participants.
Our team members have over four decades of combined experience in measurement and evaluation using quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods. We are available to contract with organizational leaders and principal investigators to serve as independent evaluators for workshops, academic programs, research projects, and studies of organizational culture and climate.
Our team has vast experience in the creation and facilitation of workshops/meetings, both in-person and in the virtual space. Based on your specific needs and desired outcomes, The PEER Group is prepared to provide complete project management, event design, and facilitation services for workshops that are highly interactive, foster equitable engagement of all participants, and meet your strategic objectives. Our goal is to assist you in designing and delivering an experience that exceeds your - and your audience’s - expectations.
Our hands-on, writing-intensive workshops are designed to guide teams through writing significant portions of proposals for educational research funding opportunities while obtaining real-time feedback from consultants who are experienced proposal reviewers and principal investigators. We can also work one-on-one with principal and co-principal investigators to develop all aspects of proposals submitted to education funding opportunities and/or provide red team reviews.
Our team can guide your organization and its stakeholders through self-study processes that are built on evidence-based practices for justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI). Using our MESA (SM) process for continuous improvement, we can help your organization identify, implement, and monitor the progress of strategic initiatives in a way that integrates them with your existing strategic plan or initiates your path toward change. If you are in the strategic planning process, we can work with your team to embed JEDI principles and strategies throughout and establish metrics for assessing their success.
